What You Receive

Our service and experience will save you time and money. Prestige Home Inventory will come to your home and provide you with written & digital documentation of your valuables. Our consultant will provide a free phone consultation and discuss your needs. Based on this phone consultation we will provide you with a cost estimate for your personal custom inventory. Our cost is based on the information your provide us regarding your home, collections and square footage. (including garage, lanai, storage area etc....) If this estimate is acceptable to you, a date and time will be set-up for a home consultation. Upon arrival at your home our consultant will review your estimate and provide a firm written quote to you for your custom Prestige Home Inventory package. Payment is 50% at time of your home appointment and the balance upon delivery of your portfolio. We accept local checks, MasterCard, Visa or cash.

The amount of time required in your house will vary depending on the size of your home and personal property to be cataloged. Allow 2-3 hours for a small to medium size homes and up to 6-8 hours for larger homes, please plan to spend this time with us to insure accuracy of your inventory. Upon returning to our office we will input the data and images compiled at your home into a computerized inventory program and develop your personal inventory portfolio. You will recieve your compleated portfolio in 7-10 business days. We will at your request secure a backuo copy for you for 1 year with your written approval, In the event of a loss we will make a copy for your insurance company and/or Police Department, the backup copy will be secured in our bank safe deposit boxes. After 1 year we can update your inventory for 60% of the original cost of your Prestige Home Inventory Service and again maintain it for 1 year with your written approval, if you do not have Prestige Home Inventory Service update your inventory your old copy we have on file will be professionally destroyed.

We will provide you with: • A detailed CD of all your personal property, room by room as well as by item classifications. • Home exterior & interior video of your contents, provided in long-lasting DVD format. • Digital photos of selected items considered high value and/or shown as endorsements on your current Home Owners policy. • 2 Vehicles (automobile, motorcycle, boat – up to 18 images) • Portfolio with detail printouts as well as non-rewritable CD for your use and your VHS or DVD video. • Complimentary “Estate Planning Guide” (consult with your personal Attorney or Financial consultant for specific advise)
