Client information is never disclosed or discussed with any third party, without the client’s prior written authorization. All Prestige Home Inventory Service personnel are bonded, randomly drug tested and have passed extensive security background checks to meet the strict polices of Prestige Home Inventory Service. You will receive our Guarantee in writing that all information will never be sold or given to any person or company,

Prestige Home Inventory is licensed in Lee and Collier County and is bonded and insured.

Important: We are not certified appraisers and we will not represent you legally as to the value of your property as reported to us by you. We will be assisting in a reporting capacity only. If you have certified appraisals, receipts or other documentation for High Value Items or Collectables we will scan these documents and have them included in your custom inventory program for an additional fee per document.
